1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following criteria:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

2. How to Initiate a Return

We'll provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved:

A full refund (minus original shipping fees) will be issued to your original method of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
If your return does not meet the conditions outlined, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Contact us to arrange an exchange if applicable.
