1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside of our control, including:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or government procedures for international shipments.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. If you have any issues tracking your shipment, please contact our customer service team.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at urbanshadow365@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check the shipping address before placing your order. If there is an error in your shipping address, notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been dispatched.
7. P.O. Box Addresses
We cannot ship orders to P.O. Box addresses for some shipping methods, depending on the carrier. If we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
8. Order Pickups
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickups. All orders will be shipped directly to your provided address.
